Refund policy

At Off-Wall Prints, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your signs. If something isn't right, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Returns

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind.

  • Notification: You must notify us at info@offwallprints.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return it.

  • Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to post the item back to us.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a refund, your sign must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our metal signs to prevent bending or scratching, but we know the post can be rough.

  • If your sign arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging.

  • We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement immediately. We will cover all shipping costs for damaged goods.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning a sign because you changed your mind or it doesn't fit your space, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service (like Royal Mail Tracked 48), as we cannot issue a refund if the item is lost or damaged on its way back to us.

  • Faulty/Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong sign or it arrived damaged, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
